How long does it take for you to create a piece?
There is no specific amount of time, since each piece is unique in its making. But to try and answer the question, paintings have taken up to 3 months off and on, and some pieces Sutton has completed in less than a day. Average time for a piece of art is around 72 hours.
Do you take commissions?
Yes, However he is very selective on what commissions he spends time on. He tries to keep his work consistent with his style to create a fluent body of work. Most of his time is spent on growing my body of work to display at exhibitions. Check out more details here to learn about commissions.
What or who inspires you?
Sutton grew up in New Hampshire - around animals, and in nature in general. He finds inspiration in almost all walks of life around him. Music plays a large percentage of my inspirations. His influences are Picasso, Hockney, Warhol, Banksy, Disney, plus a few more obscure artists. He is also influenced by his love of music and video games having worked in the industry for 30 years.
Do you offer installment payment plans?
Yes, if there is a something that speaks to you a plan can be worked out. Note that art will not be delivered until fully paid.
Do you accept wholesale purchases from corporate art consultants and interior designers?
Yes.

Do you accept visitors at your studio?

Do you rent or lease your art and what are your fees?
Yes, art can be rented on a monthly basis.
Do you print limited editions of your originals, and if so, what is the size of the edition?
It depends on the art.
Does your print come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, Limited Edition prints do.
Do you help customers with the selection of frames for your artwork?
